Compact Design

Accurate Energy Measurement

The meter precisely measures active (kWh) energy in both import and export directions. The large, easy-to-read LCD display with 8×3.5mm characters clearly shows the registered values. The display can be configured to auto-cycle through available registers or remain static on a single register view.

Data Collection and Configuration

An optical port conforming to IEC 62056-21 enables electronic meter reading collection using a standard probe and software tool. The same port also allows for convenient configuration of the meter settings.

Reliability and Tamper Resistance

The ECA2 is built to last. It can withstand high voltage events and overcurrent without failure, ensuring consistent and dependable operation. The meter also incorporates tamper-resistant features, including reverse energy fraud detection and sealing for life, to maintain the integrity of the metering data.

Connectivity and Flexibility

High-quality solid brass cable terminals allow for 100 Amp operation, accommodating various electrical loads. For seamless integration with energy management systems, an electronic pulsed output version is available. The pulsed output connects to two auxiliary terminals in the main terminal block, facilitating data exchange and monitoring.
