Evergy Return Policy
At LAMPS LTD & EVERGY, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below. Please do contact us first via our contact page on the EVERGY website; we would much rather handle this one-to-one.
- Eligibility for Returns
Non-faulty products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective or agreed in writing prior to ordering. Faulty or damaged goods are returnable subject to the manufactures warranty. Any faults will be subject to test/review by the supplier before credit is raised or goods are replaced.
- Defective, Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our EVERGY customer service team on 01844217700 within 7 days of receipt, or ASAP after you discover the fault. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our EVERGY customer service team with your delivery note number or invoice number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide you with a returns reference and instructions on how to return the item.

- Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or we made an error in the order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days, unless we are waiting for the product to be tested by the supplier. In this case, the credit will be raised once the supplier credits EVERGY – this may take up to 4 weeks. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not do an ‘exchange’ of goods, the new/replacement item needs to be ordered in order to replace the item coming back. Once received back, the refund process will be followed as per section 5.
- Short deliveries
Any claim for damaged or short delivered items must be made in writing within 48hrs of delivery by business customers. Failure to do so may invalidate any subsequent claim.
